Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how Tipped2Win handles personal information under UK data protection law. We keep it short and specific: we only collect what the site needs, and we say what for. If anything is unclear, contact us through the contact form.

Who is responsible for your data
Tipped2Win is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time through the contact page, including to ask about your data.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter and alerts. Your email address, the topics you choose, when and how you agreed, the page you signed up on and a record of the wording you agreed to. We use this to send the emails you asked for. We only add you after you confirm your address by email. Our legal basis is your consent.
- Contact messages. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply and fix mistakes. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Visits to the site. We count visits without cookies. When a page loads, a small script records the page, the website you came from, your screen size and an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can see how many people visit and which pages help. We do not store your IP address, and the script does nothing if your browser sends Do Not Track. We also read our server’s own logs to see how many visits come from automated bots. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
- Clicks on offers. When you use a link to a merchant, we record that a click happened, which offer it was, the page it came from and basic technical information. We do not store your IP address in these records.
- Security and spam prevention. Short-lived anonymous tokens and counters help us stop bots and repeated login attempts. They are based on information that changes each day and are not used to identify you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not send marketing to anyone who has not confirmed their email address.
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at present. See our cookie policy.
Who we share data with
Our website hosting provider processes data on our behalf so the site works. When you click a link to a merchant or affiliate network, that company receives you as a visitor and has its own privacy policy. If we switch on adverts in future, the ad provider will only load after you agree.
How long we keep it
- Subscriber details: until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal record so we do not email you again.
- Contact messages: up to 12 months.
- Click records: up to 24 months.
- Visit records: up to 90 days in detail, then only totals.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To make a request, use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
